Happy fall, ya'all!

Jordan Page from FunCheapOrFree.com and BudgetBootCamp.com, here. There are so many different activities you can do with your family this fall to usher in the season that are inexpensive, or even free! Here are 5 I want to share with you today!

Corn mazes are endless fun for kids and parents alike! It would be a fun daytime activity for little ones, or go in the evening for a spookier experience for your older kids. It is a fall must-do activity at our home, and I hope you decide to try it this year, too!

Corn maze

Visit a Pumpkin Patch

This one goes hand in hand with the corn maze -- because there are many mazes near our home that also have pumpkin patches! I love letting my kids tromp through the field and pick their favorite pumpkin of the bunch. It's a special experience for them, and one they won't soon forget!

Carve Pumpkins

After choosing the perfect pumpkin, carving them is a family tradition! We print out our favorite patterns(ZombiePumpkins is always a favorite for us!), make a yummy soup in the crockpot to share, and invite family and friends over for a carving party! Guests bring their favorite crock of soup, and there is always a yummy variety to choose from! (To get a few slow cooker soup ideas, you can check out my E-Book, it's packed with oodles of yummy recipes!)

Host a Caramel Apple Bar Party

A few years ago, we hosted a caramel apple bar party, and let me tell you, it was a hit! We invited a few couples over, and asked them to bring apples and any other creative caramel apple toppings they could think of. Using the Flipp app is a great resource to help you shop sales (on apples, caramel, and other toppings) without breaking the bank! To see the full details of how I threw this little shindig together, check out this post.

"BOO" Your Neighbors

Usher in the season by sharing a bit of your festiveness with your neighbors! Download this FREE BOOED printable set, check out the Flipp app to see where Halloween treats and goodies are on sale, and get ready to "BOO"two neighbors! You don't need to spend much (you could even bake some goodies to make it a free activity!); just package up your goodies, place it on their doorsteps, and scurry away. It's fun to watch the ghost make it's way through your neighborhood, and the excitement the kids will have waiting to see when it's their turn to be "Booed"!

So there you go, fall fun to be had for everyone!
